How FoxSort Uses Google Data
FoxSort is an AI-assisted recruiting workflow app for employers and recruiters. It helps teams collect job applications, review resumes, score candidates, build shortlists, prepare interviews, and manage recruiting workflows.
1. Why FoxSort uses Google
FoxSort may use Google services to support account access and recruiting workflow features selected by a Customer or account user.
- Google sign-in may be used to create and secure a FoxSort account.
- Google Calendar or Google Meet may be used, when enabled, to help schedule interviews, check availability, create interview events and add meeting details.
- Google Cloud services may be used to host, secure, store and operate parts of the FoxSort platform.
2. Google data FoxSort may process
Depending on the features enabled by a Customer or user, FoxSort may process:
- Google account name and email address for sign-in, account creation, authentication and account security.
- Calendar availability, event details and meeting metadata for interview scheduling and recruiting coordination, if Google Calendar or Google Meet is connected.
- Technical logs and security metadata needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service.
3. How FoxSort uses this data
FoxSort uses Google user data only to provide and support the FoxSort services requested by Customers and users, including:
- Authenticating users and protecting accounts.
- Helping recruiters coordinate interviews and recruiting workflows.
- Maintaining security, troubleshooting errors and preventing misuse.
- Providing customer support and operating the FoxSort platform.
4. What FoxSort does not do
- FoxSort does not sell Google user data.
- FoxSort does not use Google user data for advertising or targeted advertising.
- FoxSort does not use Google user data to train third-party AI foundation models.
- FoxSort does not make final hiring decisions. Employers and recruiters remain responsible for hiring decisions.
