FoxSort Subprocessors

This page lists third-party service providers that FoxSort uses to help provide, host, secure, support, analyze and improve the FoxSort services.

When FoxSort processes Candidate Data or Customer Data on behalf of a Customer, these providers may act as subprocessors. FoxSort requires subprocessors to process data only as needed to provide services to FoxSort, maintain security, comply with law or perform related business functions.

This page is provided for transparency and may be updated as FoxSort adds, replaces or removes providers. Questions about subprocessors can be sent to operations@foxsort.com.

1. Product subprocessors

These providers support the FoxSort web app and may process Customer Data or Candidate Data depending on Customer configuration and product usage.

2. Website and demo scheduling providers

These providers support the public FoxSort marketing website or demo booking flow. They are not intended to process FoxSort web app Candidate Data or Customer hiring workflow data.

3. Development and internal tools

FoxSort may use software development, source control, issue tracking, monitoring or internal productivity tools. These tools are not intended to process Customer Data or Candidate Data from the FoxSort web app by design, and are not listed as product subprocessors unless they are used for that purpose.

4. Changes to subprocessors

FoxSort may update this list when providers are added, replaced or removed. Where a Customer has a separate agreement or data processing addendum with FoxSort, any applicable subprocessor notice and objection process will be handled under that agreement.
